            Delegate Pasdon moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:

            Eng. Com. Sub. for Senate Bill No. 19–A BILL to amend and reenact §18-5-44 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to minimum periods of instruction for early childhood education programs; setting forth minimum instructional days per week, minimum instructional minutes per week and minimum instructional days per year for early childhood education programs.
